Taking steps to incorporate a self care program would be of benefit to everyone, particularly if you are experiencing stress associated with the work you do. Health workers will find the mindfulness-based Stress Release Program and Essence of Health Program particularly useful in the prevention and recovery stages for cardiac and cancer patients. Presenter Craig Hassed has worked for numerous years at the Gawler Foundation teaching mindfulness-based Stress Release Program to Medical Practitioners.
