Lighthouse Resources provide consultancy services for organisations facing changes, seeking to refine their vision or review their systems, or wanting to develop a “learning culture”.

Organisational Consultancy Services include:

• Resourcing organisations in their efforts to implement strengths-based principles within their organisational practices and culture,
• Implementing a “Professional Enhancement Planning” process that ensures workers' professional development without the anxiety associated with traditional performance appraisals,
• Re-structuring your organisation to enhance power-sharing transparency and accountability,
• Creating new systems such as “client-directed information systems”,
• Building a “learning culture” that gives priority to workers' reflections on practice,
• Re-developing financial and administrative systems to make new things possible,
• Enhancing team work.

Organisational Consultancy Services or Facilitation of Community Projects

Fee - $165 per hour for delivery and $110 per hour for non-delivery

All fees are inclusive of GST. We can travel anywhere throughout Australia. Travel and accommodation costs would be in addition to normal fees.
