How Teenagers Cope with Grief: Something I've never felt before

Doris Zagdanski is not afraid to say the four letter work D-E-A-D nor is she afraid to talk openly about loss and the effects of grief. In this book she has spoken with young people, aged between 12 and 21 years, about their grief. But more importantly she has listened to their pain and heard their messages. These are shared in the hope that teenagers will know they are not alone as they learn the meaning of living without.

She has not forgotten those who are also affected - the parents, teachers, school counsellors and young friends ash she explores coping styles and helping strategies. In plain English her message speaks to all whose lives are changed by loss and grief.
