A tool designed to help individuals and organisations reflect on both the outcomes and consequences of our decision making as well as the processes we adopt to reach decisions. Name the Frame is made up of four sets of window frames or lenses by which decision making can be examined. There are eight cards in each frame. This enables users to examine perspectives including gender, consultation, stereotypes, language and many more. This is a very dynamic tool for social workers, managers, councils, committees, politicians, directors, working groups and community leaders.
Each set of cards contains 32 full colour cards 100 x 210 mm in a durable box along with a 24 page booklet of suggestions.
