Susan Pearce: reinvention®

Susan Pearce is a founding partner at reinvention® which was was founded in early 2001. Based in Brisbane, Australia they work with clients throughout Australia and internationally. They established reinvention® for the purpose of assisting organisations make the paradigm shift necessary to face the complexity of the modern business world with new tools and approaches including mindfulness.

Susan has extensive experience in facilitating strategic and operational change, both as a consultant and as an internal change agent. She has provided consulting services in Australia and Singapore to a range of government and private businesses in the areas of business strategy and change management. She has also held senior roles with local and state government agencies. She has graduate and post graduate business degrees and experience in the application of a range of organisational strategy and capability-building tools.
