Practice to make a difference.

Jane D'Arcy

Jane has been playing with narrative therapy ideas for over ten years now. Her interest in this approach has directed her to undertake a Post Graduate Diploma of Narrative Therapy and community work through the Dulwich Centre in Adelaide.

She has had the privilege of working with hundreds of children, young people and their families in her various work roles both as a therapist and group facilitator and is always looking for creative ways that can assist her in engaging people's passion for life. The relaxed and engaging nature that she brings to her role as facilitator makes for a safe and enjoyable environment to learn.

Jane has spent many years as a trainer and consultant to Human Service Organisations across Australia and New Zealand before stepping into her most recent role managing a centre which supports children and families through loss and trauma for grief and bereavement. She has been running the Tree of Life workshops for a range of services and individuals and travels overseas using this approach in her work with children from different cultures who have experienced loss and trauma.

Jane has a Post Graduate Diploma in Narrative Therapy, Masters of Counselling, Bachelor of Human Services & Certificate IV in Workplace Training.
