Welcome to Lighthouse Resources
LIGHTHOUSE RESOURCES is a human services training and consulting enterprise based in Brisbane. Established by Kyabra Community Association in 2004, it grew out of a desire to resource the development of strengths-based learning cultures within human service organisations. The principles and frameworks underpinning a strengths-based approach significantly shape all of our services. Our team of experienced trainers/consultants can respond to requests throughout Australia and overseas.
OUR VISION: Lighthouse Resources aspires to build on the strengths and capacities of human service workers and organisations in their journey toward building socially just communities.
The format for our 2009 Strengths Based Conference has been altered to provide more targeted and affordable opportunities for your professional development goals and will not now be held as previously advertised. Conversations with many people indicated that in the current economic climate, people were seeking more affordable opportunities that targeted their specific areas of interest and development. In order to be responsive to this need we have decided to run a number of one day and half day events and workshops targeted at workers, parents and managers.
